Shipstern
Shipstern also known as “Devils Point” slabs onto a rock reef under a towering headlnd jutting out into the Southern Indian Ocean.
Situated in southern Tasmania Australia in chilly 13 degree water Shipsterns is a break for advanced surfers only. Breaking from 4 to 20 feet plus, Shipsterns mutant slabs have been likened to Teaupoo in Tahiti but with steps and rather large sharks. Approach this wave with caution.
